Now, it’s been several years before I’ve made a “convenient” box of Hamburger Helper, but I’m going to venture to say that this healthier variety of Cheeseburger Macaroni doesn’t take any longer to fix than making a box of Hamburger Helper. It’s super kid friendly, and very easy to throw together on a busy night. If you feel like it, you can mix in about 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, or 3/4 cup of tomato sauce…this recipe is very flexible. Stir the seasoned meat into the Creamy Mac and Cheese. Once the meat is fully cooked, sprinkle in the taco seasoning. The directions are super complicated…are you ready?
